SCCM Remote Tools Implementation for Helpdesk

Grants permissions to run and audit the remote administration tools that help resolve computer issues. Support Engineers that are associated with this role can run Remote Control, Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop from the Configuration Manager console.

SUI Primary SITE Deployment

SUI Primary SITE has been successfully deployed. All SUI clients will be updated from SUI SITE instead of HO SITE, which will definitely reduce the network bandwidth.
