Follow the rope into the building There are knots approximately every 20 feet with

a set of smaller knots behind the main knot telling you how far you have gone.

The knots will allow you the ability to tell command where you are inside the building in case of emergency.

When the rope runs out you will find a hose line. You need to locate a coupling nearest to you

and figure out which way is out. Follow the hose line through the remainder of

the course until an instructor tells you your out.

Some of the obstacles are small and very confining.

Stay calm and work through them, without braking the prop.

If you run out of air you have failed the course and will have to try again.
