The cuff and the shell are made in Pebax® Rnew, 100% organic renewable material that keeps a good elasticity even at low temperatures. Moreover, it improves the transmission of power to the ski throughout the length of the boot shell. PREDATOR RS STRAPThe closing band of the instep is equipped with a toothing which allows a dedicated micrometric adjustment, and abuts on a specific seat in the tooth. This allows a progressive closure and an excellent lateral support, allowing a better distribution of the forces of thrust of the boot on the ski.

AIR VENTILATIONThe design of the cuff, where a series of holes are covered with a membrane to increase breathability, keeping the foot dry and ventilated at all times.

ZEUS BUCKLESZeus buckles have attractive design and the improved size and perimeter facilitate the use in all conditions. The cuff buckle improves the distribution of the closing pressure on the tibia increasing downhill performance. The TR2 is the new grantour binding, weighting just 580g (including the ski stopper) it has some revolutionary new features: the lateral release at the tip with a DIN setting of up to 13 allows the skier to lock the heel of the boot to the ski as with alpine race skis, allowing excellent sensitivity and perfect control of the ski. The wide binding plate at the tip (75mm) gives perfect control even on wider skis, while the reduced distance between the boot and the snow means more controlled motion while skiing. This innovative design was developed in collaboration with SCARPA®, who offer a boot especially for the TR2: Spirit TR2.

Maximum control

The features of the TR2 binding allow excellent ski control, with the boot locked onto the ski, short binding plates which maintain the natural flex of the ski, minimal distance between the boot and the ski: Control means safety!

BI-INJECTIONFollowing the same concept of the TRI-injection, the BI-injection is a double injection of plastic material – with different density – in the same mould.You can find this process in the construction of the EDGE GUARD on the T2 ECO boot, and on the shell and torsion bar of the T-RACE model.

TRI-INJECTIONThe so-called TRI-injection process, is a triple injection of plastic material – with different density – in the mould, during the shell production. The aim is to have different levels of elasticity and consistency in deifferent parts of the shell, based on the function they have to fulfil. The TRI-injection on the T2 ECO involves the bellow, the torsion bar and the shell.

ACTIVE POWER STRAPEnsures a perfect and precise closure, allowing the tibia to have a good feeling with the cuff and making the bend nice and gradual; with Booster™ strap technology.

EDGE GUARDEdge guard takes all the direct abuse from your ski edges. Keeps your boots and bellows safe. Disperses forefoot buckle pressure, too.
