Steel Frame Scaold Basic Assembly

Parts

Joint Pin, Vertical Frame, Walking rame, Arm Lock, Cross brace, Planking, Jack Base

1. Lay wooden planks in horizontal position and install jack base.

2. Insert vertical rames into jack base as per drawing.

3. Insert arm lock to ensure Stability and Saety.

4. Fix the cross braces to the rames.

5. Fix the lock into walking rame. It is recommended that walking rame be installed in alternate 3-5 stories.

6. Insert joint pins into each ends o the rame and repeat the above process or greater heights.

1. OUTER TUBE: Used STK - 500 carbon steel tubes as materials or structural purpose. Dimension: 60.5 x 2.3mm

2. INNER TUBE: Used STK - 500 carbon steel tubes as material or structural purpose. Dimension: 48.6 x 2.3mm

3. BASE PLATE: STK - 410 steel plate its 6mm thickness and outer tube by frm welding.

4. SCREW: Used JIS G 3452 grade threaded pipe o its 60.5 out dia. and 3.2mm thickness. It had a slot hole

which was able to go through it by the pin, and was welded at outer tube.

5. ADJUSTING COLLAR & HANDLE: Used STK - 41 carbon steel tubes and a bracket or jointing between the handle

and the collar.

6. PIN & COLLAR: 12round bar.
