    FOR ONBOARDING OF A CORPORATE LMS PROVIDER WITH SUITABLE LEARNING MANAGEMENT PLATFORM FOR ONLINE

    LEARNING/UPSKILLING/CERTIFICATION BY SBI GROUP OFFICIALS

    The purpose of SBI behind this

    RFP is to seek a detailed

    technical and commercial

    proposal for procurement of the

    Software Solution/ Service

    (Corporate LMS Solution)

    desired in this document. The

    proposed Software Solution/

    service (Corporate LMS

    Solution) must integrate with

    Bank’s existing infrastructure

    seamlessly.

    The proposed LMS solution

    will be cloud based,

    managed by vendor. Cloud

    solution should be hosted at

    data centre in India for both

    Production site & Disaster

    Recovery site. Platform and

    contents, both will be

    provided by the vendor, with

    regular updation of contents

    and platform.

    During the support period

    (warranty and AMC, if desired),

    the vendor shall ensure that

    services of professionally

    qualified personnel are

    available for providing

    comprehensive on-site

    maintenance of the Software

    Solution(Corporate LMS

    Solution) and its components

    as per the Bank’s

    requirements.

    The only major cost involved

    in cloud based LMS solution,

    is that of license. Annual cost

    will be divided quarterly and

    will be paid on production of

    invoice.

    level 3 (highest escalation)

    locally in India.

    - Highest escalation support

    team is based in Hong Kong

    (supported by the principal, the

    product owner/OEM). We have

    similar Level 3 support for all

    our clients. Level 1 and 2

    support locally in India.

    Level 1 & 2 support should

    be in India.Level-3 support

    may be provided from

    outside India. However,

    resolution response timeline

    should be adhered to as

    specified in Annexure-J

    (Penalties) of the RFP

    document.
