SB Constructions. Based at A2, RPS Omaxe Green valley Sector 41-42, Faridabad, Haryana-121003, came into existence in Dec 2012 by Mr. S. B. Gurjar (B.E. Civil & MBA) as Proprietor. Now our new Registered address is FF-11, Green Valley Plaza, RPS Omaxe Green Valley, Sector 41-42 Faridabad (HR)-121010.

We, at SB Constructions, are in the process of working towards our goal of the launch of our new project of Storm & Sewer water lines with IL & FS Engineering services Gurgaon. And LNT CC-27 Delhi IN initial stage. During the current days we are perform so many projects of shoring work/soil retention system with reputed clients like M3M, Emaar, Tata Projects, Bayaweaver Limited, L&T Limited, Brookfield, Ajnara, Gulshan Homz etc.

After That also in other activities like piling, pipe line etc. We have been worked for so Many clients as listed in our profile.

Our equipment strength consisting of the following: 4 TMR Piling Rigs of boring capacities of 45 meters depth and 300 to 1200 mm Dia.meter. 1, Hydraulic Rotary Rig Machine Zoomlion ZR-150 Make ACE. 1, Hydraulic Rotary Rig Machine HR Mait 180 and Other Hiring Rigs in contact on rental basis. 2 Nos.. ROC Drilling Machines for soil & Rock anchors. 1500 Mt Steel Girders for shoring works. One set of Pile Load test up to 1800 Mt Capacity Complete with 50 secondary girders 2 Hydra Cranes with 12 Ton capacity of each. 6 Vertical pumps for bentonite slurry shifting. 12 Nos. Polymer Pumps. 20 Welding rectifiers with all accessories. 8 Steel Tank with 40 cum capacity of bentonite mixing Each. Six Grouting pump capacity 25 kg/sq.cm and depth up to 25 m. Dynamic Jacks 350 Ton 2 Nos., and Six Power packs Power pack & Jacks for soil anchoring 5 sets.

Other necessary small tools as slings. D shackles, belts and wood cutting machines. 1 Scorpio and 10 bikes as conveyances facilities. Having own office FF-11 at Green Valley, Faridabad (HR).

Operated and Maintained by a skilled and dedicated workforce of operators and technicians.

It gives us a lot of pride and pleasure today to state that we have now grown to be the single largest Contractor of storm water line in IL&FS. We are also measure contractor for shoring work in M3M and Emaar Gurgaon. Our clientele includes CPEPL, Lanco Infratech Ltd. and IL&FS Engineering Services, L&T, RVAG, Pioneer, SPML Infra Ltd., GR Infraprojects Ltd, CEC, Capacite Infraprojects Ltd. and AVJ., Tata Projects Ltd, Emaar MGF Land Limited, Bayaweaver Limited, Candor, M3M Gurgaon, Supreme Constructions ETC. A brief writes up describing the technical aspects and detailing our responsibilities for the above-mentioned items of work follows:

Execute Pile load test and submitting of reports:

We are able to execute pile load test as per prepared drawing layouts and make a plateform by secondary

girders with main girder and placing the jacks on prepared pile head of required capacity, after that placed the kentledge loading by concrete blocks with the crane and hydras.

After loading the plateform by required loading we are calculated the load chart and accordingly we loaded

the pile as per IS Code requirements then taken all reading and plotted the graph for collected datas.

Installation of Bored Cast In Situ Piles and Soldier piles

All piles are installed by TMR, DTH and Hydraulic Rotary Piling Rig.

The works comprises mainly of the following steps:

(a) Drilling of bore holes of required Dia.meter

(b) Insert temporary casing

(c) Lower Reinforcement Cage.

(d) Flushing of bore.

(e) Pouring of Concrete as per approved Design Mix.

(f) Disposing of Muck / Bentonite etc.

Equipment and Accessories required for Piling are detailed below:

(a) TMR, DTH and Hydraulic Rotar piling rig with all accessories

(b) Temporary casing pipe

(c) Bentonite Mixing Set-up comprising of mixing tank and pumps

(d) Tremie pipe of 200 or 250mm I.D. min along with Hopper

(e) Testing Apparatus

Measuring cylinder, Mud Balance Hydrometer Marsh cone Weighing balance Hot plate pH papers

Sodium based bentonite will be used with pH of Fluid between 9.5 and 11.5. Bentonite powder shall conform to requirements given in IS: 2911 (Part -1/Sec -2). All batches of bentonite powder delivered & suspension fluid made there from shall be tested to satisfy requirements failing which they shall be rejected.

Bentonite powder shall be mixed with clean water to make a suspension of density as specified. The suspension shall be regularly tested to ensure its suitability for use as drilling mud.

Concrete as per approved mix design will be supplied from centralized batching plant for all piles. Slump test will be done to check the workability of Tremie Concrete & Concrete. The Concrete shall generally be poured with minimum interruption.

Grade, length, Dia.meter etc. shall be as per design requirement shown on relevant drawings. Concrete cover blocks to ensure proper concrete covering shall be tied to rings of the cage.

Setting Out: This shall be provided by the Client.

Setting of Piling Rig: Rig will be centered on pile point. Drilling will be carried out using auger/bucket to a depth of approx. 2 to 3 meters. Then a temporary MS casing for about 4 to 6 m (approx) length from the ground level will be driven to protect loose soil from falling in the bore hole at locations where the soil is in loose state and there is a tendency of collapse of bore hole. After driving the casing its verticality will be checked by plumb bob.

Boring of Piles: The excavation is generally performed by rotation using a rotary drill, composed of a rotary table.

Borehole Stabilization: During the entire operation, the pile bore will be kept stable with bentonite solution.

Determination of Density: The bentonite sample from the bottom of borehole will be collected and its density will be measured by Hydrometer having a range of 1.001 to 1.300 gm/ml.

Determination of Marsh Cone Viscosity: The viscosity will be determined by using cone apparatus.

Reinforcement Fixing: Pile reinforcement cage shall be fabricated as per the details given in drawing and Bar Bending Schedule.

Flushing the Borehole: After cage lowering is completed the bore will be flushed with Bentonite Flushing shall be done continuously with bentonite till consistency of bottom slurry becomes less than 1.20.

Concreting: Minimum time interval between the completion of boring and placing of concrete will be maintained. The gap between the bottom of the bore to the end of tremie pipe will be min 300mm. The Dia. of the tremie pipe will be not less than 200mm. The Tremie pipe shall be removed in stages during pouring of concrete ensuring that the Tremie bottom is always inside the concrete.

Manufacture of Reinforcement as per drawing

Bar Bending & Cutting machines of required capacities would be set up in the Client’s work yard inside a covered shed that would function as a reinforcement factory.

The factory will also be equipped with necessary tables for working, electricity, other tools as required and overhead EOT if so required.

Normally full length reinforcement bars would be procured by the client and issued to us.

Reinforcement will be cut, bend and manufactured to required lengths, shapes and sizes as per the approved Bar Bending schedule which shall be provided to us.

The reinforcement thus manufactured will be tagged off mentioning the length, drawing no, structure identification etc and will be stacked in a designated location for transportation to the construction site as per the schedule provided to us.

Preparation & Laying of Storm, Sewer and portable Water lines (With or without pipes)

The Following steps are followed by us during the laying of Storm and Sewer water lines at deeper:- Fixing of Alignment in plan as per given drawings by Co-ordinate method. Soldier piles installation by Manual labour, TMR and DTH Machine in required Dia.. Inserted the ISMB Girders in pile holes and back fill with 1:20 (cement : soil). Fabricated struts and walers before excavation in deep position beyond 3.5 meter. Excavation of trenches by JCB and Poclain. Leggings by wooden planks with excavated layers. Dressing of bed by manual labour. PCC or Sand Filling in Bed before Laying the Pipe. Placing of RCC humepipes by pick and carry crane.

Joining of pipes in proper alignment by help of manual labour and crane. Joints Filling by mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 course sand) with rubber packings Making of Manholes at given location and distances as per drawings. Hounching by PCC or Sand filling around the pipe in minimum 150 mm thick. Back filling by selected soil in 250 mm thick layers with 98 % proctor density. Final finishing and restoration of roads, if alignment in running roads.

Fabrication & Handling of Barricades Barricade Boards, which demarcate the working area from the traffic movement corridor, would be fabricated, painted & marked as per the drawings and specifications. The fabricated barricade boards would be installed in position and locked.

Rehandling of barricades by lifting from the previously installed positions and placing at the new locations would be carried out as per the requirement of the client.

Maintenance, repainting and cleaning of the installed barricade boards would be carried out.

Any type of shoring works with contiguous, soldier and sheet piling with anchoring and shotcrete

First installed Piling by TMR Machine as per required drawing and design on marked alignment after that execute excavation in steps and installed anchors at 20 degree from horizontal at required depth. Waler beam fabricated and installed with anchor rod on horizontally and fixed with wedge plates and bolts. Shotcrete made on that soil faces which are highly alarmed as collapsed soil, 75 x75x4.2 mm mess installed on soil face with nails, grouted by grouting pump as required grouting materials after installed the mess.
