Our Itinerary 30 June - 2 July
Monday 30 July • Depart from school at 9.30am via minibus and private
cars. (Can you help with transport?)
Wednesday 2 July• Leave Sayers Croft after lunch 13.30, to arrive at school
at approx 2:45pm.

Health/ Safety Policy
• Parents should supply the teachers with any named medication their children require with written instructions.
• Sayers Croft operates a comprehensive safety policy.
• All adventure activities are led by qualified instructors and conducted with safety being paramount.

Kit List (named in a bag they can carry)• Outdoor clothes (3 pairs of trousers/t-shirts/ sweatshirts)• Wash kit - including a towel, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. • At least two pairs of old trainers (especially for raft building) • Wellies (but don't buy them especially) • Waterproofs (or can be borrowed at centre if needed) • Personal medication • Indoor footwear /slippers• Pyjamas and underwear• Sun hat and sunscreen • Teddy bear / soft toy • Swimming costume , goggles, towel• Torch (optional)• Pocket money • Small rucksack • Camera (optional)• Drinks bottle • Reading book • Hair bands (if you have long hair)
Note: Chewing gum is not allowed on site because of the mess. Please do NOT bring aerosol sprays (deodorants and hairsprays) as they can set off the fire alarm! No electronic games, phones or ipods.
