Sawyer Lake & Jessie Lake – Thu, Aug 16 Temp 75º, 90 minutes on water. 3.2 miles on Barb’s GPS. We paddled clockwise around the lakes. There was a sailboat when we arrived

(probably from Silver Birch Ranch); we could hear children playing (and squealing).

Water level was very low! We paddled through the mud to get into

Jessie Lake . We saw an eagle and a loon. We went to Animal’s Bear Trail for supper.
