Room 2 Room 2020 - Sponsorship Opportunities

What is a R2R? We have the 5th floor of the Radisson Admiral Hotel which has 20 guest rooms – one for each vendor to showcase their products in as their exhibit space. The guest list will include key industry professionals; property owners, purchasers, interior designers and architects. Each guest will receive a passport with a page with the vendors’ logo and web Site. Upon visiting each room, the vendors stamp the passport on their page. With 15 or more of the Passport stamps, the attendees receive a complimentary ticket to the Party by the Pool Event as well as one ticket to the draw for overnight stay and dinner at the Radisson Hotel for two ($500.00 value gift). With 1 to 14 passport stamps the cost to the event is $50.00 pp and does not include a ticket to the Hotel and Dinner Draw. This is to motivate each attendee to visit at least 15 vendors at the Showcase to receive their complementary ticket to the Party by the Pool Event and Hotel and Dinner Draw ticket.
