Roles and Responsibilities-

Routinely checked measuring equipment to resolve testing problems. Resolving customer issues and also the testing of problems that are applied (Part of Source code) on Various Web Trader Products as part of sprint.

Meeting with Project Managers/clients in US for understanding the Business analysis(Requirement and Specification) of the project ( Brookkfield, MHEB, APS, Nalcor, Barclays, CITI and EC&R) which are using Products (web Trader, WebAgent, Tagging weSettlements) related to ETRM.

Perform Testing on various Products webTrader, webSettlements, Tagging,Accounting, Data Model, Markets like. MISO,PJM, NYISO etc.

Developed wireframes, site maps and content inventories. Coordinated with systems partners to finalize designs and confirm requirements.

Developed work-flow charts and diagrams to ensure production team compliance with client deadline.

Developed start-up and scaling cost estimates of an enhancement proposed to accounting.

Organized and created shooting schedules for graphic design team, supervising the progress of projects from production to post production.

Managed testing cycles, including test plan creation, development of scripts and co-ordination of user acceptance testing.

Worked on Project Upgrade Brookfield project from 7.0.6 version to 8.2, Implemented user acceptance testing, User perission testing, Performance testing, sanity testing with a focus on documenting defects and executing test cases.
