How infrared heat can promote health.

Using infrared radiation, the heat is transferred directly to the body with no physical contact. It is the same principle we are familiar with from how the sun works. The heat is absorbed by the skin and passes directly to the underlying layers. It thus enters the bloodstream and into the body setting a process in motion, the positive effects of which are undisputed.

After just a few minutes the body beings to perspire strongly and rid itself of harmful toxins. Metabolism, immune system and circulation are stimulated and the skin, connective tissue and the whole organism is better supplied with oxygen. The muscles also begin to relax.

Heat applications have been used for thousands of years. This contributes greatly to the improvement of physical well-being and to activation of the self-healing powers of the body. However, this is no substitute for a doctor or necessary therapy.

sentiotec GmbH is convinced of the quality of its products, and we want you to benefit from them in the future!

We provide a five-year warranty for private use on all of our sentiotec sauna line controllers. For commercial installations, the warranty is two years. For the control units in the hotline sauna line and for all sauna heaters, the manufacturer's warranty is two years.

Requirement for this guarantee: The control units have been installed by an

authorised specialist company; The devices are operated according to the

sentiotec operating manuals; The warranty claim is received by sentiotec

within the warranty period.

Excluded from the warranty are: Deficiencies or damage that is caused by

non-intended use; All consumable materials and consumable objects,

such as heating elements, etc.

The warranty period starts from the date of invoice of the cabin manufacturer. A requirement is the presentation of the original invoice. If no original invoice is available, the month of manufacture, noted on the nameplate of the product, is used as the basis for the start of the warranty period. The warranty period is neither extended nor renewed by warranty services.

The five-year warranty is an addition to the terms and conditions of sentiotec GmbH.
