Customer ExamplesDriving the Soaring Growth of a Leading National Airline

Flying towards success, a leading airline catering company in Saudi Arabia turned to Agility for help

with its ambitious expansion plans. The catering leader wanted to increase its warehousing capac-

ity as well as set a distribution hub for its door-to-door operations. Operating the largest warehous-

ing facility in the Kingdom, Agility was able to quickly provide the additional storage space for over

14,000 pallets to keep the customer’s airline and catering equipment. Agility managed the ware-

house as a distribution hub under the highest quality standards mandated by the customer. This in-

cludes implementing a customized system that enabled the customer to monitor and fulfi ll orders

promptly, respond to urgent orders, analyze inventory, and improve the effi ciency of tasks such as

put-away and picking. Agility also provides dedicated docks to the customer to facilitate the time-

ly loading and offl oading of trucks. This successful partnership enabled the customer to expand its

operations with 100 percent stock accuracy. Agility was also contracted to handle their entire air ex-

port of airline equipment and catering to various destinations across the globe on a door-to-door

basis. This service is provided in addition to local transportation services from our warehouse to the

main cities within Saudi Arabia and vice versa. Our tailor-made freight forwarding solutions illustrat-

ed our capabilities and high standards, as all orders were executed in a timely and effi cient manner.
