Babette’s Table is a wom-an-run, artisanal cured meat company. They make all their products with local meat in their facility in Waits-field, Vermont. They will be selling and sampling their salami, frozen sausage, and pancetta.

Bonte Bakery is a gluten-free bakery specializ-ing in artisan breads and baked goods. They will offer samples of their gluten-free baked goods,

artisan breads, and pizza crusts.

Daily Chocolate is a small batch chocolate shop located in Vermont's oldest and smallest city, Vergennes. Daily Chocolate is committed to keeping their ideas fresh, their flavors inventive, and their look beautiful — all while using quality ingredi-ents that are ethically and sustainably sourced.

Fig and Fennel Bread is a home bakery in Montpelier

special-izing in naturally leavened sour-dough breads. They sell bread through weekly subscriptions as well as one off orders every other Friday. They bake a variety of breads from coun-try sourdough, baguettes, seeded loaves and seasonal specials.

Hinterland Market recipes are derived from authentic recipes, some of which have come directly from our friends in various countries. They develop their recipes for themselves until they reach a point where they are enamored with consum-ing them themselves at which point, they offer them to you! They will sample and sell their soft pretzels, Caribbean hand pies, hot sauce, granola, kimchi, sauerkraut, and cold pressed juice.

Montpelier Vineyards will offer samples of their red, white and rosé spar-kling wine, mead, cider, and co-ferments, unfiltered and produced without sulfites from Vermont-grown organic grapes artfully fermented right here in Montpelier.

Stannard Farm is a fourth-generation farm in the northeast kingdom. Their maple syrup is certified organic and wood-fired. They offer maple cotton candy and other confections at summer markets and events, and maple syrup year-round.

Vermont Creamery is a butter and cheese company based in Websterville. They plan to sample their artisan cheeses, goat cheese, and other products.

compelling amalgam of Eastern-European folk, intricate origi-nals, and songs of revolution. Its core sound features accordion, clarinet, drums, bass and guitar.

Doors open at 7:30pm. Music begins at 8pm. Last call at the bar at 9pm.
