    EDUCATION PERIOD

    In Turkey, high school education lasts 4 years. In

    second year, they select which department to go.

    Total education period has been planned as 4

    academic years.

    Distribution of the times to be allocated for

    school, enterprise and individual learning during

    the education period is applied as explained inthe explanations related to weekly lecture hours,

    courses and modules of related field.

    EDUCATORS

    The curriculum should be applied by teachers whohave bachelor level degree in related field, experiencein the sector and who have received in-service training.

    Contribution of master trainers, technicians andoccupational staff who have experience in InformationTechnologies Field may be used while applying thecurricula.

    Educators who have minimum five years teaching

    experience in Technical High Schools and who havemaster level degree in the field should be preferred.

    MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION

    In accordance with the regulation on class passing andexamination;

    Competencies acquired by students at end of themodules under the course will be measured.

    Knowledge, skills and attitudes acquired by studentswith the modules at end of the course will bemeasured.

    Measurement results will be evaluated at end of each

    semester and year.

    All learning activities the students realize in school,enterprise and by themselves will be evaluated.

    TRANSFERS

    Acquisition of broad competencies related to theoccupations is targeted in the Field.

    The student who graduate and receive diploma canvertically transfer to related Vocational School ofHigher Education or continue his study in other highereducation institutions that admit their students via theNational University Entrance Examination.

    The student who receive education or graduate in

    related field can transfer to other branches /occupations by completing the necessary modules.

    OUR SUCCESSES

    Our school has tough relations with the sector of the fields in which weprovide Professional-technical education. As a result of this concept, it haslaunched to conduct projects in scope of particular protocols, havingcooperation with the firms such as Ford, Tofa, Dou Otomotiv, Temsa,elik Motor (Kia) in Motor Vehicles Technologies; andFerroli,Grohe,Wilo,Grundfos in Installation Technology and Air-conditioning fields.

    Through these projects, it is aimed to contribute the employment in thecountry; increase the quality of the student who prefers the school bytraining personnel who have the features that the sector requires;establish a ready employment pool from which the firms can benefit, inthe training laboratories which are adorned with cutting-edge technology.

    Our school, despite of its short history, has succeeded fascinating works inmany fields through its dynamic staff and it has also actively participatedin the European Unions project works.
