VERVE is our Cultural Fest organized since last 15 year to showcase the talent of our budding technocrats in the field of Music, Dance and Drama. Every year it is getting bigger & better due to constant dedication & inputs of staff and students body of Social & Cultural Committee under the banner of Student Activity Council.

This year VERVE 2016 was organized during 7th-9th April, 2016 at Amphitheatre of SCET. The preparations of the same started before couple of months with the permissions from Principal and SCET management. They provided the freedom to make event as innovative as possible and grand.

To present best performances during the event, two auditions were taken for both MUSICAL & CULTURAL Evenings.

The same committee along with Prof. Bhumika Shah scrutinized total 8 Skits out of which 4 were finally selected for performance on stage.

These selections were finalized by two Auditions on 5th March & 30th March respectively.

List of performances during Musical Evening was finalized by two Auditions on 28th March and with Orchestra on 3rd April, 2016.

This time during VERVE Fashion Sequences were introduced which experienced huge success. The Sequences were Choreographed by Mr. Hardik Shinde (Platinum Dance) and sponsored by AMRUT and PARIS (Apparels). Auditions and practices were monitored and guided by Prof. Dhiren Bhagat and Prof. Chintan Shinde.

After finalizing the Acts most important things to be managed were Mandap, Stage, Light & Sound, Hospitality, Orchestra etc. For these quotations were asked from different vendors and a committee of SAC finalized the vendors as per requirements and lowest quotes during Vendors meet conducted on 21st March 2016.
