Handel: Music Through the Years Thursday, May 4 th • 7:00 pm Great Room Come hear a local baroque ensemble play some of Handel’s great masterpieces, Water Music, Royal Fireworks, a violin concerto and solo concertos. $5 suggested donation. Poetry Club Wednesday, May 10 th • 3:00 pm Great Room Celebrating poems and poets of Mexico; also poems relating to Mothers, wildflowers and birds as well. Bring something to share or come to listen. All are welcome! Adirondack Concert Saturday, May 20 th • 7:30 pm Dining Room Singer and songwriter Roy Hurd will perform with special guest Frank Orsini. Roy specializes in songs about life in the Adirondacks. $5 suggested donation. Outings Club Event: Great Camp Santanoni Tuesday, May 30 th • 9:30 am Field Trip to Newcomb, NY We’ll enjoy a 5-mile horse-drawn wagon ride into historic Camp Santanoni ($25 per person – but seniors over 65 are free!) where we will have a picnic lunch, tour the camp, and take a short stroll in the woods.
