*Ensure a continuous clean-up and beautifying campaign in Castries in keeping with the highest standards of a modern city OLDER PERSONS *Specifically target older persons for assistance and support particularly in areas of home help, social care, and access to health care HOUSING and INFRASTRUCTURE *Advocate for improved housing and physical infrastructure in all communities EDUCATION *Work with schools in the community to advocate for improved physical conditions in schools so as to ensure a healthy learning environment CRIME Reduce criminal activity by: - - Working with families and youth to address the social issues which are at the heart of criminal behavior. - Supporting the efforts of the police and law enforcement to investigate and prosecute offenders. - Advocating for true and meaningful reform of the criminal justice system to ensure swift justice and effective rehabilitation of offenders SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT Work closely with churches and faith-based organisations to encourage spiritual growth and development, recognizing that true development must focus on developing the whole human person.

FOR THE FAMILY *Improve support services for the family as a whole *Target support for single parents and vulnerable families *Outreach programmes to boys, men and fathers *Outreach programmes to women and girls FOR THE YOUTH *Address youth unemployment immediately, and thereafter, in a sustainable way *Improve sporting and recreational services for your youth *Provide safe spaces for youth to meet within the community *Address student loitering within the City by providing students with exciting and productive after school programmes UNEMPLOYMENT *Work with every constituent to find creative and sustainable ways of addressing unemployment and underemployment in the immediate and longer term THE CITY OF CASTRIES *Revitalise and re-energise the City of Castries to make it a modern and attractive capital City where business and commerce activity grows and thrives *Encourage more business and commercial activity in Castries not out of Castries *Promote the historic and cultural heritage of Castries as a key tourist attraction
