Sappi Limited, our global parent, adopted a group-wide environmental policy in 1999 and we established one of the first ever sustainability charters in our industry in 2005. Each of our North American coated fine paper mills is triple Chain of Custody certified (FSC,® SFI,® PEFC®) and our wood procurement system is certified to SFI’s Fiber Sourcing standard. We recognize that a com-mitment to sustainability is a commitment to continuous improvement; our goals include improving our already efficient operations by reducing water use, energy use, and landfilling.

Follow these steps when using the FSC,® SFI® or PEFC® on-product labels

Work with your Sappi representative, certified merchant or certified printer to specify FSC,® SFI® or PEFC® certified paper.
