SP intends to implement a comprehensive integrated ERP solution which should support the following business functions:

• Integrated solution for financials, HR, purchasing, sales, maintenance as core back office operations

• Ship building operations contracts which should cover aspects of planning and managing all activities thru a comprehensive WBS structure, strong MRP to ensure optimal inventory level, allocation of resources, tracking and monitoring progress. The ships are built for own company use or for specific customer requirements

• Maintenance and operations solution for the dockyard with mobility solutions supporting the maintenance crew

• Web portal and end customer mobility application for publishing cruise schedules, prices, obtaining orders and making payments. We have a payment gateway already established. The Portal must also integrate offers and orders from travel agents and the commissions to be paid to them for every transaction. Social media networking and call centre integration is a must

• Comprehensive analytical solution and dashboards for each business line, social media data analysis must be supported
