One TCS Tool(Used over many client locations) ACE+ can be utilized to better estimate the efforts needed for Upgrade. This tool will extract us the details of Z Programs, Objects , Utilization of System patches and other details. This will reduce manual efforts . This tool can be run in production replication environment(Staging or Quality) . Will WTA be open for this exercise ? If not, TCS will go ahead and put assumption based response from below answers provided by WTA.Estimation of Remidiation, Design Phases need a thorough understanding of level of customization , this helps in estimations as well as risk managemnet and downtime.It's very critical to know below information for response.Can you please provide the details Total number of Custom repository ( Z,Y Programs ) - Total Number of BDCs - Total Number of Clone Program

Are you using customer name space or additional (partner, 3rd party ) name space?

Please provide inputs on SAP system Landscape? - Number of Systems involved in the landscape - Development, Test, Training, Quality, Production, etc. for all SAP Systems. - Current OS / DB with its Version.

Did WTA already installed additional Code Pages to have additional language supportPl provide DB Size and hardware details for following systems - Dev, QA, PRD

What is current system status ? Is it Unicode or Non-Unicode ? If Non-Unicode , WTA open for Unicode conversion ?
