Description This track (DEV track for short) is intended for professional developers in order to educate them on the most powerful SAP development

technologies and fully enable them to write their own applications or extend existing SAP solutions in a fast and professional way. The scope

covers On-premise as well as cloud deployments, incl. hybrid scenarios with cloud based extensions of On-premise solutions from SAP

Business Suite or S/4HANA. The DEV track provides an overview of SAP’s development platform and native HANA capabilities and dives into

the specifics of the ABAP and HANA Cloud Platform on top of the HANA core database layer. There is a special emphasis on end-to-end

scenarios covering data modeling, application logic, UI, connectivity, integration and multiple deployment options.

Description The way people work with software has changed dramatically over the last few years. We already take it for granted that the apps and social

networks we use at home are fast and simple. Now, business users are demanding the same consumer-grade user experience at work. To

meet these expectations, SAP has developed a holistic UX strategy that is being applied across all our products.

This track explains SAP’s UX strategy, and takes a hands-on look at the tools and framework available to customers for adopting it.

In lectures, workshops, and best-practice materials, you’ll learn:

How to build good designs based on user requirements

How to bring into an organization and scale a design-led, human centered approach to development

How to develop, adapt, or extend solutions using the right SAP technologies and tools

A central component of all the sessions will be how to create a compelling UX based on SAP Fiori and SAP HANA (across deployment options:

Description Experience firsthand how the latest mobile innovations from SAP will fast-track your mobile deployment. These sessions are tailored for

architects, developers and system administrators, and focus on the end-to-end processes to build, distribute, manage and secure mobile

solutions.

For architects, key topics include learning how to run entirely in the cloud, On-premise or in a hybrid deployment as well as integration with

SAP and non-SAP systems and extending the capabilities of current SAP landscapes.

As a developer, you will experience the latest innovations for native, hybrid and SAP Fiori-UX applications, customizing Fiori applications in
