Customer must be based in or served by one of the SAP market units within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa

Outline tangible business benefits achieved and how these were monitored during the implementation
Highlight innovative implementation aspects and the use of lessons learned
Use strong, experienced communicators when presenting the nominated project
Include people from the business side when you present your project
