• Understand how to prepare the IBM DB2 for z/OS platform to run SAP NetWeaver and other SAP components.
• Administer DB2 for z/OS in a SAP environment using tools within the SAP system and the database tools.
• Develop and Implement appropriate database backup & recovery strategies.• Detect performance bottlenecks and perform basic tuning on the database.• Understand the basics of SAP on z Systems capacity planning and IBM WW
