Legal Change – ATLAS 8.4.5. / 8.5

With ATLAS Release 8.4.5 and 8.5 German customs has introduced a new

concept in their own master data to manage the subsidiaries of importers

(DE: Niederlassungskonzept) with their EORI numbers.

To proof that the software is capable to serve this concept German

customs required a re-certification which was successfully past by SAP

GTS and is now available with the following note.

Legal Change BAFA ELAN-K2 version 1.6

In Versions 1.5 and 1.6, the interface for ELAN-K2 contains further data fields for

armaments.

New reporting types are supported for collective and general license in Reporting

for Licenses:

Additional information can also be found in SAP Global Trade Services

Ramp-up knowledge transfer sections in the SAP Support Portal

SAP GTS 10.1 supports the Spanish export and NCTS outbound and NCTS

inbound and import process with data exchange with the system of Spanish

Customs.

China PT settlement run

When running the report of 'Display Settlement Run' and clicking the tab 'Stock

Comparison', a stock difference is detected. After implementing this note, a new

customs declaration can be created by using function 'Customs Correction

Declaration' under the tab 'Stock Comparison'. After a recalculation for this

settlement, the GAP is cleared.

Airworthiness suspension of duty

After you implement the corrections, you can determine a customs duty rate for the

airworthiness suspension of duty if the following is true: In the corresponding

customs declaration item, a document of the category "Certificates" (CUID) and of

the type "Airworthiness Certificate" (A119) exists, and the indicator "Document

Exists" is set.

If there are several entries on the level of the end line, they may not be sorted by

tariff code number.

Sort function on preference calculation protocol

The system sorts the calculation logs for the document-based BOMs (KMAT BOMs)

according low-level codes. Before that the sort was based on the product ID.

In Sanctioned Party Lists content upload, user can upload SPL master data with

specified SPL Group from XML file.

Distinguish soft block and hard block in report 'Display

Blocked Documents' for SPL

A yellow icon is displayed for soft blocks in Display Blocked Documents. For those

soft block documents, SPL A2-Screening scenario must be carried out via

transaction /SAPSLL/SPL_CHSA2LO (or program

/SAPSLL/SPL_CHECK_SCEN_A2_LO) before execute other SPL activities, such

as release the blocked documents.

Determination of License Types using several

GTS supports to check and assign licenses in multiple license types determined in

all determination strategies in both system determination and manual assignment.

In customizing you can choose how to use multiple license types in control setting

of legal regulations.
