SAP BUSINESS ONE TECHNICAL CONSULTANT Location: Zürich // Reports to: Global VP/ Management Information Systems

POSITION SUMMARY As our portfolio of applications continues to grow across the company, it is becoming necessary to have on-site technical support for SAP Business One. We are looking for an SAP Business One Technical Consultant for our Zurich office. This will be a full-time position reporting directly to the Global VP/Management Information Systems. The SAP Business One Technical Consultant will work with a global support team and will provide on-site support to 20-40 end-users, primarily processing financial transactions for our global network of companies. RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide technical support for User Accounts and Licenses for SAP Business One • Provide technical support for upgrades, versions, and software patches • Assist with development of curriculum and delivery of training for software end users • Implement software configuration changes • Work with software integration (SAP Business One to BI, Payroll and DirectNet) • Manage software and network access and security • Manage projects around software customization and development • Maintain databases to insure optimum performance • Development of reports and queries SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science or related technology field of study • Experience with MS SQL Server, ability to write basic SQL scripts and queries • 2-3 years of experience in related area • Great interpersonal and communications skills • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) ABOUT AGT INTERNATIONAL
