The information in this brochure provides an outline of the event and all available sponsorship opportunities.

    from pre-event to the actual conference days in all 5 countries. Package is inclusive of the Gadget Zone, which is a 3x3 space in the atrium set up specifically to promote gadgets. Sponsor to provide all gadgets & devices

    Cocktail Party Sponsor to co-own the cocktail party, which 10,000 - 40,000 co-branding this area with SAP to set up will include an informal speaking slot and give-away opportunity.

    Expo Stand Sponsor to own 1 of 10 3x3m2 stands in 15,000 - 60,000 one or all five regions (price dependent on package purchased).

    Welcome Pack Sponsor to co-brand the welcome pack received 20,000 by all delegates, which will include: Backpack, pen, notepad, and collateral.

    *Exchange rate will be calculated at a fixed rate of 14:1 if you are paying in ZAR.

  • The registration & gadget zone sponsorship option will place the sponsors brand at the heart of the delegates interactive journey, including, but not limited to the pre-event registration, access control at the event, expo stand check-in, gadget zone stand and all associated branding opportunities.

    COST: 100,000 ALL 5 COUNTRIES / 1500 TOP LEVEL DELEGATESItem DetailsWebsite Key logo placement on the official event website.

    Registration Portal The registration portal will be powered by sponsor and will be completely co-branded by SAP and the sponsor.

    Registration Booths The registration booths will be co-branded by SAP and the sponsor.

    Gadget Zone Stand One 6x3m2 stand in premium space in the main walk-through area.

    Hostess Uniforms Co-branding of all registration staff uniforms in each of the regions.

    NFC Chip Card The 2000 NFC chip cards will be co-branded by SAP and the sponsor.

    Devices 33 x smartphones are required to manage the entire NFC scanning process at all registration booths, all expo stands and outside all conference and breakaway rooms. Sponsor to provide devices.

    Laptops 8 x laptops are required at each of the registration booths to process and print on each of the NFC chip cards. Sponsors to provide devices.

  • The registration system used is a fully customised interactive portal with intelligent backend to enable it to interface with NFC technology found in smartphones. Delegates will register through the portal and receive their unique confirmation and QR code, which they will show to register at the event. Within seconds they will be provided with a printed name tag with NFC chip, which they will use to gain access and check-in at every area of the conference by swiping it on the latest smart devices.

  • Gadget Zone sponsor branding

    All devices to be provided by sponsor.The stand pictured may vary from the final stand build.

    The Gadget Zone, which forms part of the registration sponsorship package, includes one 6x3m2 stand within the main walk-through area for the display and demonstration of smart devices, gadgets and other trending consumer handheld devices.

    The welcome pack will be received during registration by each delegate attending the conference, thus providing one of the very few opportunities where your branded item is taken home and lives on after the event.

    Africa Forum 2015 Package: Welcome Pack

    Welcome Pack20,000 for all five regions The sponsor to co-brand the welcome pack received by

    all delegates, which will include your brand on all elements including the backpack, pen, notepad and sponsor collateral.

    This cost is based on 1, 500 delegates. Should we have more than 1, 500 attendees, the balance of

    items will only contain SAP logo. Should there be less than 1, 500 delegates, the remaining

    welcome packs will be given to the sponsor at the end of the last event.
