Şakalak yaylı yaylı balta universal ekim makinası her çeşit hububat tohumunu gübreyi hassas ve düzgün olarak istenilen miktarda, istenilen derinliğe, eşit sıralarda ekebilen traktöre üç nokta askı düzeni ile bağlanabilen asılır tip bir ekim makinasıdır. 14 - 16 - 18 - 20 - 22 - 24 - 26 - 28 - 30 - 32 sıralı (ayaklı) imal edilir. Uçtan yaylı çelik balta ayak ile gübre ve tohum ayrı ayrı atılır. İsteğe bağlı olarak hidrolik iz bırakmalı olarak üretilebilir. Toprağın tesviyesi ve tohumun üzerinin örtülmesini sağlayacak kırlangıç tipi baskı tırmık yayları mevcuttur. Hububat tohumlarının yanı sıra tohum kursaklarının, makaralarının iki tip tırnak grubu içermesinden dolayı iri ve orta büyüklükdeki tohumları (Mısır, Soya, Bezelye, Nohut, Mercimek, Kanola gibi) ve küçük tohumları (Yonca, Süpürge, Soğan, Havuç, Domates, Ispanak gibi) hassas şekilde ekebilmek mümkün olmaktadır.

EKİPMAN ÖZELLİKLERİ

2) Makinalarımız gübreli ve gübresiz olarak üretilebilir

3) Dekara atılacak tohum ve gübre şanzıman ile hassas olarak ayarlanabilir.

4) Uçtan yaylı başta ayaklar tohumun toprak içine aynı derinlikte ve aynı miktarlarda düşmesini, çimlenme oranının azami seviyede olması sağlanır.

5) Anızlı ve parçalanmış sayfanın bulunduğu tarlalarda ekim yaparken toplama ve biriktirme yapmazlar.

6) Ekim makinası arkasındaki tırmıklar yaylı tırmık düzeninde kırlangıç tipindedir.

7) Makina arkasında bulunan basamak ile tohum ve gübre sandığa rahatça doldurulabilir.

8) Tekerlerin üzerinde çamur birikimini önlemek amacıyla toprak sıyırıcı takılmıştır.

9) Asılır tip olduğundan nakliyesi ve tarla sınırlarına yaklaşması daha kolaydır. Tarla Kenarlarında daha az ekilmemiş alan kalır.

Sakalak universal seeder with edge spring, axe-foot is a hang-type machine which can sow all sorts of grain seeds at requested depth and aqual rows and spread the fertilizer at any amount preciously and smoothy. It can be made with 14 - 16 - 18 - 20 - 22 - 24 - 26 - 28 - 30 - 32 feet. the fertilizer and seed can be dropped separately by means of edge-spring steel axe foot. They can optionally be produced as hydraulic trace leaving. Swallow type pressing harrow spring is available to provide soil smoothing and covering the seed with soil.

EQUİPMENT FEATURES

1) It is an easy-to-adjust, strong and handy machine

2) Our machines can be produced both with fertilizer and without fertilizer.

3) The seed and fertilizer to be spread on a decare can be adjusted accurately with the gear-box.

4) Mainly the feet with edge-spring provide the seed to drop in soil in the same depth and amount and the rate of germination at the maximum level.

5) They do not make any accumulation and collection while sowing in the fields where the stalks with stubble and smashed are existed.

6) The harrows on the back of the seeder are in spring harrow system and in swallow type

7) The seed and fertilizer can be easily filled in the box by means of the step which is on the back of the machine.

8) A soil scraper is fixed for the purpose to avoid the mud accumulation on the wheels.

9) Hung on the limits of such approach is easier to transport and field. The less remains uncultivated field edges.
