Las 6 Características de una Corresponsabilidad Diaria para la Cuaresma – La Oración

Cuando mis hijos eran más pequeños, podían hacerme reír y a veces llorar. Tenia conversaciones sobre animales, la naturaleza, el espacio y tantas cosas increíbles en la vida. Jugaba con ellos un día y después trabajaba para vendar un raspón. Había muchas dinámicas en nuestra relación. Sin embargo, un aspecto era mi favorito. Era cuando uno de ellos se acurrucaba a mi lado en silencio en el sofá, a menudo llegándose a dormir. No había mejor sentimiento, y no quería moverme para nada. Es una locura pensar en todas las cosas que hacíamos juntos, y mi favorito era cuando esencialmente no estábamos haciendo nada. ¿Crees que Dios desea una parte de ti? Sin duda, Él quiere todo de ti: lo bueno, lo malo y lo feo. Caminar con Él diariamente es muy importante, y nunca podremos convertirnos en los discípulos y corresponsables que necesitamos ser sin una relación más profunda. Sin embargo, la oración no es solo hablar y escuchar. También es ser. A veces buscamos comunicarnos tanto y hacer tantas cosas que olvidamos el valor de la corresponsabilidad en presencia. Darnos completamente a otro a menudo requiere que simplemente estemos con esa persona. Sentimos su presencia. Descansamos en su ser. The 6 Characteristics of an Everyday Stewardship for Lent – Prayerful When my children were younger, they could make me laugh and sometimes cry. I would have conversations about animals, nature, outer space, and so many amazing things in life. I would play with them one day and then work to bandage a boo-boo the next. There were so many dynamics to our relationship. However, one aspect was my favorite. It was when one of them would snuggle up next to me on the couch silently, often leading to sleep. There was no better feeling, and I didn’t want to move for anything. It is crazy to think of all the things we would do together, and my favorite was when we essentially were doing nothing. Do you think God desires a portion of you? Without a doubt, He wants all of you: the good, the bad, and the ugly. Walking with Him daily is so important, and we can never become the disciples and stewards we need to be without a deepening relationship. Yet, prayer is not just talking and listening. It is also being. We sometimes seek to communicate so much and do so many things that we forget the value of stewardship of presence. The giving of ourselves completely to another often requires us to simply be with that person. We feel their presence. We rest in their being. No words are needed because words would destroy the moment. This is what we are called to in a relationship with God. This is good stewardship because it is about giving of our very presence to God and receiving strength from that resting in Him. ¿Cómo vivir la Cuaresma?

1. Arrepintiéndome de mis pecados y confesándome

Pensar en qué he ofendido a Dios, Nuestro Señor, si me duele haberlo

ofendido, si realmente estoy arrepentido. Éste es un muy buen momento del año para llevar a cabo una confesión preparada y de corazón. Revisa los mandamientos de Dios y de la Iglesia para poder hacer una buena confesión. Ayúdate de un libro para estructurar tu confesión. Busca el tiempo para llevarla a cabo.

2. Luchando por cambiar

Analiza tu conducta para conocer en qué estás fallando. Hazte propósitos para cumplir día con día y revisa en la noche si lo lograste. Recuerda no ponerte demasiados porque te va a ser muy difícil cumplirlos todos. Hay que subir las escaleras de un escalón en un escalón, no se puede subir toda de un brinco. Conoce cuál es tu defecto dominante y haz un plan para luchar contra éste. Tu plan debe ser realista, práctico y concreto para poderlo cumplir.

3. Haciendo sacrificios

La palabra sacrificio viene del latín sacrum-facere, que significa "hacer sagrado". Entonces, hacer un sacrificio es hacer una cosa sagrada, es decir, ofrecerla a Dios por amor. Hacer sacrificio es ofrecer a Dios, porque lo amas, cosas que te cuestan trabajo. Por ejemplo, ser amable con el vecino que no te simpatiza o ayudar a otro en su trabajo. A cada uno de nosotros hay algo que nos cuesta trabajo hacer en la vida de todos los días. Si esto se lo ofrecemos a Dios por amor, estamos haciendo sacrificio.

4. Haciendo oración

Aprovecha estos días para orar, para platicar con Dios, para decirle que lo quieres y que quieres estar con Él. Te puedes ayudar de un buen libro de meditación para Cuaresma. Puedes leer en la Biblia pasajes relacionados con la Cuaresma.

How to live Lent?

1. Repenting of my sins and confessing to me

To think about what I have offended God, Our Lord, if it hurts me to have offended him, if I am really sorry This is a very good time of the year to carry out a prepared and heartfelt confession. Review the commandments of God and the Church to make a good confession. Help yourself to a book to structure your confession. Find time to carry out.

2. Struggling to change

Analyze your behavior to know what you are failing. Make purposes to meet day by day and check at night if you did it. Remember not to wear too many because it will be very difficult to fulfill them all. You have to climb the stairs of a step in a step, you can not climb all of a jump. Know what your dominant defect is and make a plan to fight it. Your plan must be realistic, practical and concrete to be able to fulfill it.

3. Making sacrifices

The word sacrifice comes from the Latin sacrum-facere, which means "to make sacred." So, making a sacrifice is doing a sacred thing, that is, offering it to God for love. Making sacrifice is offering to God, because you love him, things that cost you work. For example, be kind to the neighbor who does not sympathize with you or help another in his work. To each of us there is something that is hard for us to do in everyday life. If we offer this to God for love, we are making sacrifice.

4. Praying

Take advantage of these days to pray, to talk with God, to tell him that you want him and that you want to be with Him. You can help yourself with a good meditation book for Lent. You can read passages related to Lent in the Bible.

2o DOMINGO DEL TIEMPO ORDINARIO/ 2ND SUNDAY OF LENT

MEDITACIÓN EVANGÉLICO - ENTENDIMIENTO MÁS PROFUNDO DE LA ESCRITURA Segundo Domingo de Cuaresma; la semana pasada tentación, y ahora transfiguración. Grandes contrastes que nos llevan a reflexionar en la grandeza de la presencia del Señor entre nosotros. Al resistir la tentación es que llegamos a la transfiguración. Es un juego de armonía de la gracia de Dios en la vida del ser humano. La oración colectiva de la Misa nos ayuda a reflexionar en la maravilla de la Transfiguración: “Señor Dios, que nos mandaste escuchar a tu Hijo muy amado, dígnate alimentarnos íntimamente con tu palabra, para que, ya purificada nuestra mirada interior, nos alegremos en la contemplación de tu gloria.” Todos hemos sido llamados a la vida y a la luz que brilla en Cristo Transfigurado como lo atestiguan Pedro, Santiago y Juan. La Transfiguración llama a la conversión desde el fondo del corazón. ¿Qué propósito tienes en esta Cuaresma? ¿Dónde debes buscar la conversión? El Evangelio de hoy invita al encuentro con Jesús en la montaña. Si nos fijamos bien y escuchamos con cuidado, notaremos que Jesús nos mostró quien es en realidad en el misterio de la Transfiguración. Por esto Pedro le dice, convencido de la hermosura del resplandor, “Señor, ¡qué bueno sería quedarnos aquí! Si quieres, haremos aquí tres chozas, una para ti, otra para Moisés y otra para Elías.” “Quedarnos aquí” pero ¿Dónde estamos? ¿Es bueno el lugar donde estamos para quedarnos? Pidamos en esta Eucaristía que el Espíritu Santo nos ayude a comprender que somos hijos e hijas de Dios y lo que esto significa. VIVIR LA LITURGIA - INSPIRACIÓN DE LA SEMANA ¿Alguna vez has pensado en quién fuiste realmente creado para ser? Nuestras vidas son producto de varias circunstancias, elecciones, escenarios predeterminados y una gran cantidad de eventos y equipaje heredado. Todos estos componentes se unen y forman la persona que entendemos que somos. Jesús sabía quién era y en quién se estaba convirtiendo. Mostró su ser transfigurado a sus discípulos en una montaña alta y les reveló quién estaba destinado a ser realmente. Las debilidades, imperfecciones, miedos e impresiones que llevamos con nosotros a menudo colorean nuestras elecciones y nos impiden ver realmente la imagen más amplia de quiénes somos. ¿Qué imaginas que es tu yo transfigurado? Jesús nos promete una nueva vida en el cielo. ¿Alguna vez has pensado en lo que eso puede significar para ti? GOSPEL MEDITATION - ENCOURAGE DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF SCRIPTURE Psychology has taught us a great deal about family dynamics and how we have come to be the person we find ourselves to be. We are comprised of such a mixed bag of blessings and obstacles with their graced moments and sinful ones. Think back on the journey of your life and how the many different and varied choices that you made influenced the direction your life. If you didn’t go on that first date with your spouse, who would be beside you today? If you chose to be in one place rather than another, what would have happened to the course your life has taken? We are on such a wonderful, exciting journey. What is most incredible and awesome is that we are not alone! God is with us. He inspires, heals, opens doors, and calls us every moment of our lives. The very life we have is due only to Him. We can all sit down and list adjectives describing who we are. One may find him or herself more artistic than another or quicker with wit. We have unique gifts and talents and have the great gift of free will, which we treasure. Our histories come with more baggage for some and less hurdles for others, but we all have to find our way through the path we are on. However, have you ever given much thought to who you really are? That question has more merit than may at first appear. We know ourselves as we live out our earthly journey. But do we know our heavenly self? What we know here is only one small part of who God has made us to be. The disciples really thought they knew Jesus until they went up the mountain. We also may think we know our true selves, too. We know that in eternal life we shall not only see God, but become like Him. Who will you be? What surprise do you think God has for you? LIVE THE LITURGY - INSPIRATION FOR THE WEEK Have you ever given much thought to who you were really created to be? Our lives are the product of various circumstances, choices, predetermined scenarios, and a whole host of events and inherited baggage. All of these components come together and form the person we understand ourselves to be. Jesus knew who he was and who he was becoming. He showed his transfigured self to his disciples on a high mountain and revealed to them who he was really meant to be. The weaknesses, imperfections, fears, and impressions that we carry with us often color our choices and hinder us from really seeing the greater picture of who we are. What do you imagine your transfigured self to be? Jesus promises a new life in heaven. Have you ever given much thought to what that may mean for you? QUESTIONS OF THE WEEK - WE INVITE TO ALL PARISHIONERS TO REFLECT AND RESPOND TO SCRIPTURE First Reading Abram took a tremendous risk in trusting the Lord and following the divine call to leave behind his own land and home. What has been the biggest risk in your Lenten spiritual journey thus far? Second Reading Paul encouraged his beloved co-worker, Timothy, to be open to suffering for the sake of the Gospel. What gives you strength when you bear hardship for the Gospel message? Gospel Reading Peter, James, and John were frightened at the revelation of Jesus’ divinity. ¡Nacidos de nuevo!

Escritura: "De veras te aseguro que quien no nazca de nuevo no puede ver el reino de Dios, dijo Jesús"(Juan 3:3). Hoy en la Biblia, vamos a aprender sobre un hombre llamado Nicodemo que vino a ver a Jesús muy de noche

porque tenía hambre. No, no buscaba un bocadillo nocturno, tenía hambre de alimento espiritual. Tenía hambre de la verdad sobre el reino de Dios. Él vino a Jesús porque tenía preguntas y sabía que Jesús tendría las respuestas. Nicodemo me recuerda a la oruga muy hambrienta. (Lea esta parte del libro si lo tiene. Si no, puede resumirlo.) En el libro de Eric Carle "La oruga muy hambrienta", la historia comienza con un pequeño huevo que estaba sobre una hoja a la luz de la luna. Un domingo por la mañana, el cálido sol salió y... del huevo salió una oruga muy pequeña y muy hambrienta. Comenzó a comer y a comer y a comer, pero todavía tenía hambre. Finalmente, había comido tanto que le dolía el estómago. El día siguiente era domingo otra vez. La oruga se comió una hoja verde entera y su estómago se sintió mucho mejor. Ya no era una oruga; ahora era una mariposa hermosa. ¿No es una historia maravillosa? La oruga muy ham-brienta me recuerda lo que Jesús le dijo a Nicodemo. Creo que la oruga muy hambrienta podría ayudar a Nicodemo a entender lo que Jesús dijo. Nicodemo le dijo a Jesús, —Maestro, todos sabemos que Dios te ha enviado a enseñarnos. Nadie podría hacer los milagros que tú haces si Dios no estuviera contigo. Y entonces Jesús le dijo algo que sorprendió y confundió a Nicodemo. Jesús le respondió: —Te digo la verdad, a menos que nazcas de nuevo, no puedes ver el Reino de Dios. —¿Qué quieres decir? exclamó Nicodemo. —¿Cómo puede un hombre nacer de nuevo? Jesús continuó explicándole a Nicodemo que una persona "nace de nuevo" cuando el Espíritu de Dios entra en su corazón. Los humanos pueden reproducir la vida humana, pero el Espíritu Santo nos hace nacer a la vida espiritual. Y eso es lo que significa nacer de nuevo. Ore: Querido Dios, te alabamos porque en Jesús somos una nueva creación. Lo viejo se ha ido y ¡ha llegado lo nuevo! En el nombre de Jesús oramos, amén.
