Now, more than ever before, facilities such as hospitals, laboratories and areas where foods are processed and handled, are objectively evaluatedfor optimum environmental sanitation. Recognizing this requirement, JOSAM developed the SUPER-FLO-SEPTOR® line of Sanitary Floor Sinks.

SUPER-FLO-SEPTOR® Features

ACID-RESISTING INTERIORThe acid-resisting interior, furnished standard on all SUPER-FLO-SEPTORS®,provides the smooth surface necessary forsanitation and protection from corrosionin food processing applications.

INTERNAL DOMESUPER-FLO-SEPTORS® have an internal domewhich acts as a secondary strainer to inter-cept debris which could cause blockage ofdrain lines. The dome is easily removed tofacilitate cleaning.

SUPER-FLO® GRATE AND SANITARY SLOPING RIMThis unique combination insures that the rim portion and side walls of the drain willbe washed clean with any flow of liquid.

DOUBLE DRAINAGE OR ANCHORING FLANGEWhen this flange is provided, weepholesare automatically furnished to assure the drainage of any secondary moisturewhich may be present. The additional option of a flashing clamp device assures the positive bonding of the flashing between the double drainage flange and clamp ring.

BODYSanitation is promoted by the smooth,uniformly contoured interior which has nocorners or crevices to escape the cleansingaction of drainage flow. Available in depthsof 6, 8 and 10 inches (depending on series)to suit every application.

Outlet ConnectionsJOSAM SUPER-FLO-SEPTORS® are furnished with outlets for connection to extra-heavy, service weight or no-hub pipe. The timesaving, economicalJIFFEE-JOINT is used for inside caulk connections. For outlet type, specify (-X) for inside caulk outlet and (-Z) for no-hub spigot outlet.
