Each Class we conduct is based upon at least one of these Nine Dimensions of Wellness

Y Emotional = Acceptance of feelings and the ability to manage them in healthy ways

$ Financial = Achieving personal economic stability and growth

₪Home & Community Living = Creating a home of your choice in the neighborhood and community you choose

n Intellectual = An ongoing curiosity and learning which enhances your understanding of life

= Contributing your unique gifts in rewarding ways through work or volunteering

Physical = Living in harmony with, and awareness of, your body’s needs

Deacon’s Cottage Going to get clothes so that I can look and feel good from the inside and out

Volunteer at Playland Not at the Beach Learning new skills to enable me to prepare my resume that assist me on being marketable for job seeking.

Weekly meeting of all Wellness City participants to provide input and to plan classes, outings, and events. Our participants are the experts on what happens at our Wellness Cities.

It is important for us to be part of our greater community. We attend events and go on outings to broaden our horizons.
