Club Championship

The 2015 Club Championship at San Angelo Country Club will be

held on Saturday and Sunday June 13-14. This 36-hole stroke play

championship will have Men's, Women's, and Senior divisions and

will be flighted according to handicaps. The cost per player is $50

plus all applicable cart fees. To sign up for this event please contact

the golf shop. The deadline to sign up is Thursday, June 11.

In addition to the Golf/Tennis/Swim camps, San Angelo Country Club will

also be hosting 2 Junior Golf Camps this summer. These camps will be open

to members and guests ages 5 and up. The camps will run from 9:00 am -

10:30 am and the cost per player is $75. Please call the golf shop to sign up.

the event was a huge success!!

Congratulations to all of the winners of the Little Concho Classic! A special thank you to all

of the players, the parents who support their children and our members at San Angelo

Country Club for allowing us to host one of the best junior events in west Texas.

Little Concho Classic

San Angelo Country Club will once again be hosting its

annual Golf/Tennis/Swim camps this summer. These

camps are open to all members and guests ages 5 and up.

The cost per participant is $150. Each day of the camp

will be from 9-1 and will include lunch. Please contact the

Our first 9 & Wine of the season was Friday, May

15th. We had a marvelous time! We played 9 hole

scramble, had some of Daniel’s delicious pizzas,

wine and cocktails. Really had a good time!!

Please join us for the next one on Friday, June 19th.

Tee off is at 6:00 pm, 9 hole scramble, meal

afterwards. Meal and wine are furnished by the

Women’s Golf Association. All are welcome to

play—couples, singles, women and men.

Congratulations to this year’s winners of the

Women’s Golf Association Scholarship awards.

They are Colton Buie, an outstanding student from

Christoval High School and Lance Burns, another

outstanding student from Bronte High School. Both

of these young men are very active in their schools

golf program and in their community. We are proud

that we are able to contribute to this worthy cause.
