Employee Spotlight Albert Contreras
In May of 2000, Albert Contreras begin working kitchen staff and has faithfully served
the Club since. Originally from Sonora, Albert has been living in San Angelo for most
of his life. Albert works full time at the Club and part time at the Peppercorn Grill,
providing for his wife Linda and their four children. Albert is extremely creative, always
designing fruit sculptures for events and much more. More than dependable, Albert
never misses a day, and is always punctual in the mornings opening up the kitchen
and making sure everything is prepared
for the day. Working the early morning
shift, Albert is responsible for the daily
soup and makes the majority of early
morning food orders. “I’ve never met a
more loyal and hardworking employee,
he is pivotal behind the scenes,” said
Curtis Oakley. “Knowing every aspect of
the kitchen, Albert is a crucial part our
team,” Daniel Friedrich boasts. When
Albert does get vacation time, he enjoys
spending it with his family. If you see
Albert around the Club, be sure to thank
him for his dedication and service!
