Our services are available at present from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week in Delhi and NCR.

Service Description

General Well Being

We assist seniors in living an active and independent lifestyle in the comfort of their home. Our programme, designed keeping their needs in mind, helps keep their mind stimulated. Our Care Specialists keep them engaged in purposeful activities and are there when they need someone to talk to. They also assist them in hospital visits and medication management, take them for social outings and facilitate their overall well being.

Dementia Care

Based on personal interaction, our trained Care Specialists plan a programme of activitiesfor seniors with dementia, with the aim of keeping their mind stimulated. This is knownto help slow the progression of the disease and improve quality of life. They also assist inhospital visits and medication management, take them for social outings and facilitatetheir overall well being.

Emergency Respite Care

Our emergency support service is for times when your parent needs assistance in a hurry.Should your parents find themselves in an emergency, we are one phone call away, readyto step into action and deal with things.

Daily greeting call

We will call your parent once a day to check on their wellbeing and reassure them that we are there for them. We will remind them of scheduled appointments, encourage them to be active, and motivate them to stay healthy and happy.

On-call helplineYour parent can call us anytime between 8am and 8pm for medical queries, technology support, local and daily needs information and to request for emergency support.

Assistance with making appointments

We will be happy to assist your parent with making medical, travel and other appointments.

Ambulance assurance service

We will facilitate ambulance booking as and when required, and ensure that it reaches on time.

Our Services Explained


Service Details

Monthly home visits by Care Specialist

Our specialist will visit your parent and conduct sessions for the purpose of general wellbeing and intellectual wellness. These sessions can also be for fall proofing consultancy, counselling, technology assistance/ training and social outings.

Monthly doctors’ visits

The Care Specialist will take charge of the process, starting with taking the appointment. She will then accompany your parent from their home to the clinic/ hospital, communicate with doctor and later interpret the doctor’s advice to your parent and if need be to you. The medicines will be managed by the Care Specialist as per the prescription.

Visit report Every visit to your parent will be followed up with a detailed report.

Medication management

We will ensure that your parent is taking the right medicine and do a regular stock check.

Hospital bill payment

We will manage hospital bill payment for your parent.

Participate in centre activity

We have a senior citizens activity centre in Gurgaon where we have quizzes, games, workshops and celebrations. We will invite our home services members to attend one event per month at the centre.

Interim-care Short-term caregiving assistance on request

Emergency support

Emergencies include accidents at home, critical illness, Dementia counselling for challenging behaviour, unplanned hospitalization/ interim-care/ travel. Our CareSpecialist will visit your parent and assist her according to the need and situation.

Emergency Respite Care

This plan is for independent seniors, who can manage their active daily living on their own. Ideally suited for assurance in case of emergencies and respite care

Regular

This plan is for seniors who need frequent support with their active daily living and may have limited mobility. They may require assistance with managing their medication and doctors’ visits and need frequent assurance and interaction.

Critical

This plan is for seniors who need constant support for managing their active daily living. They may have limited or no mobility. They require assistance with managing their medication and doctors’ visits and need regular assurance and interaction.

Step 1

We first understand your parent’s medical history and likes & dislikes through personal interaction.

We then create a care plan for the elderly, keeping their intellectual and daily living needs in mind.

Our care specialists are in regular touch with your parents. Visits to them involve activities for mind stimulation, intellectual companionship, hospital and medication management and other assistance.

Senior Citizens Activity Centre, GurgaonOur day recreational centre for senior citizens is a place for members to socialize and participate in a variety of activities, to keep them stimulated and happy.

Every week we plan a calendar of activities, whichincludes computer training, yoga, dance therapy,language classes, mind stimulation exercise’s and more.

Dementia Support groupWe have Dementia Support Group meeting at Samvedna Senior Care in Gurgaon once a month. We share and discuss, do fun activities, and have talks by experts at our meetings.
