INTRODUCTION

Follow these easy steps to replace your old waste toner container. When waste toner containerneeds to be replaced a smart panel program window should appear on your computer.

Step 1 — Waste Toner Container

Turn the printer off and wait a fewminutes for it to cool.

Step 2

Open the front cover.

Step 3

Pull the waste toner container out ofthe printer using the handle.

Make sure to keep waste tonercontainer upright to avoid spillage.

Step 4

Use the provided green cap to closethe waste container opening on thetop back of the container.

Push new container firmly intoplace.

Firmly close front cover.

Turn printer on.

It may take up to 3 minutes forprinter to resume function.

If you hear a crackling sound oncethe printer turns on the imaging unitis not installed correctly. Take outand reinsert the unit.
