a) To identify the training needs and ensure that entire workforce hasnecessary knowledge and skills to carry out their activities.

$.1.1 The training need assessment %T&') is conducted to identify the trainingneeds and to enhance technical skills and professional capabilities of staff(
which ultimately improves the efficiency and effectiveness of companyactivities.
$.1. Training needs are identified on *Training &eed 'ssessment +orm, by
concerned Domain Manger at the end of each financial year and that ofManagerial -taff by !. +or a new employee concerned Domain
Manger assesses training needs.
$.1./ Training needs can also be identified as and when reuired to enhance the
professional capabilities using Training &eeds 'ssessment form.

$..1 0ased on T&'( M. prepares *'nnual Training 2lan, after consultation
with Domain Managers. 3n case of any change( *'nnual Training 2lan is
updated by the M.. The former *'nnual Training 2lan, is cancelled by

$./.1 This training plan covers in house training of staff and e4ternal training as
well( which is based on the training programs being offered by various
institutions.
$./. M. will ensure all necessary arrangements for in5house training after
consultation with Domain Manager. +or e4ternal training COO is finaldeciding authority.
$././ Trainers are selected either from different domains with in companykeeping in view their level of competency in the field of training or
e4ternal trainers can be called in the company keeping in view their
market reputation and cost of training.

$.$.1 6enerally the in5house training records are filled in A!!en,n%e Re%orform where as these records are kept and maintained by M. who is
overall responsible for up5dating the training records of the employees.

file till the particular employee remains with the company

$.7.1 Domain managers monitor the training imparted by the trainers. 'fter
proper testing and getting the recommendations of the trainer about the
trainees( the evaluation of the training imparted is done by the domain
managers. The respective T&' form may be filled for any weaknessremained in any employee by the respective domain manager.
