1. I am the Corporate Secretary of BLAMP TOWING & TRUCKING SERVICES, INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with principal office at No. 8B Unit 6, West Crame Executive Townhomes, 2md West Crame, San Juan, Metro Manila;

2. I hereby certify that the information relative to the names of the major stockholders and directors, number of shares subscribed, amount subscribed and amount paid-up are true and correct and are in accordance with the stock and transfer books of the Corporation under my custody;

3. The shares of stock in the aforementioned corporation with the total number of 10,000 common shares have been sold and transferred in consideration of the total amount of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (300,000.00) to Marinel L. Santos, Michelle L. Santos, Mylene S. Cruz, Lamberto L. Santos, Jr., and Lamberto L. Santos III;

4. In view of said sale and transfer, the stock certificates issued in the name of the sellers have been cancelled and that new stock certificates have been issued in the name of the above buyers.

5. Such sale and transfer have been duly recorded in the books of the corporation under my custody showing among others, the
