XXXwishes to develop a Tin concession area at Manggar area, East Belitung Province and seeks a proposal from a reputable and competent mining consultant to complete and independent report of the Tin Resources and Reserve within the area. As we’ve been conducted the exploration activities at this region. We highly recommend to start with the property assessment for the first phase is Geological Mapping and then continue to Drilling Exploration base on Mapping Work result, in order to have better understanding with the potential of prospect area or is’t potential to continue Drilling Work. The objective of the work outlined in this proposal would be focused to identify the most prospect area, verify occurrence and continuity confidence level of measured, indicated and Inferred within area of PT. XXX area. For that reason, we would like to submit a proposal to conduct the related services at the specified area. Please find below the following details about our proposal. I. Drilling Specification : a. Full Coring, NQ size series for normal rock b. Minimum contract should be : 1000 meters c. Distance between drill holes 0-250 meters d. Maximum hole depth 120 meters NQ size (vertical) e. Minimum hole depth 80 meters NQ size (vertical) f. Core recovery minimum 90% for all lithology, CR <90% paid by open hole

(normal conditions) g. Quantity Rig Portable 1 unit type Jacrow 200+ h. Preparing unit 2-3 weeks i. Moving between holes by Client with bulldozer if possible & moving manual

by contractor, more than 100m will be charge IDR. 10,000.00/meters. j. Work day available for 1 shifts (Max 10 Hours/Shift) k. Contractor arranges for Supervisor/Foreman, Driller, Assistant Driller,

Mechanic, Local Labour l. Accommodations (hostel expense and food) by Contractor m. Camp prepared by Contractor n. Transportation 4 WD prepared by Contractor o. Mob & Demo for Unit Rig will be charge to client IDR 20,000,000/Rig p. Hydraulic Oil, Engine Oil, Grace Pipe, Gear Grace responsible by Contractor. q. Fuel responsible by Contractor r. Rod stuck because of Lithology (Rocks Formation), the drill rods will be

charged back to Client with discount 50% of new price (based on approval from client)

s. All goods & Manpower under insurance protect t. Chemical (Polymer, Bentonite) & Casing PVC charge back to Client by daily

drilling report (DDR). u. Core Box(Galvanis) charged back to Client IDR 200,000.00/box(by request) v. Distance between holes to water ≤ 500 meters is free charge, if >500 meters :

IDR 2,500.00/meter (Water Tankwill be provided by Client if needed)

II. Price/Meter : a. Open Hole NQ size (0–120) : IDR 550,000.00/ meter b. Full Coring NQ size (0–120) : IDR 650,000.00/ meter

VI. Long Term Standby: IDR 2,000,000.00,-/Day/Rig(started on 2nd day)

VII. Payment Terms

a. All activity of Drilling Exploration Services will be start after:

Down payment, 50% from all transaction was paid

Progress payment, 35% after drilling progress 500m

Progress payment, 15% after drilling progress 750m b. All transaction exclude of PPN, include PPh 23 Bank Account c. Detail Bank Account :
