INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant Provincial Prosecutor for the Province of Cavite,accuses JOEY CRUZ y VALENCIANO of the crime of MURDER, committed asfollows:

That on or about the 2nd day of August 2013 in the City ofDasmarias, Province of Cavite, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of thisHonorable Court, the above-named accused, being then armed with a bladedweapon, with intent to kill, qualified by treachery and evident premeditation,abuse of superior strength, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully andfeloniously attack, assault and stab one Hugo Dee y Maapi, with the use ofsaid bladed weapon, thereby inflicting upon the latter stab wounds in thedifferent parts of his body which caused his instantaneous death, to the damageand prejudice of the heirs of said Hugo Dee.
