SAMIL hosts Grand Anniversary Special Bidding Event at Shriram Automall Hapur

Hapur, 19 May, 2015: Shriram Automall India Limited (SAMIL) conducted a special bidding event at its Hapur Automall, which has successfully completed two years of physical bidding with its customers. The Automall displayed nearly 100 pre-owned vehicles, including 2 wheelers, cars, commercial vehicles and tractors. Around 300 customers participated in the bidding event and contributed to the maximum disposal of inventory. Mr. Sameer Malhotra (CEO of SAMIL) stated “With Shriram Automall Hapur, we are proud to associate with more than 4000 customers who have participated regularly in the Automall’s physical bidding events. In near future, we are eyeing at increasing our customer base with our value-for-money deals in pre-owned vehicles and equipment”. The Hapur Automall was inaugurated in April, 2013. Spread across 4.7 acres of land, it was launched to serve one-stop platform to the people of Hapur for acquiring and disposing different types of pre-owned commercial vehicles, construction equipment, tractors, cars & SUVs, three-wheelers and two-wheelers. Within two years, it has conducted around 30 physical bidding events and disposed nearly 900 pre-owned vehicles and equipment. For its customers seeking information on pre-owned vehicles from different locations of India, the Automall is equipped with a one stop classified kiosk. It’s a virtual box, containing information on more than 20,000 vehicles and equipment, available for disposal. Repair facility is also provided through NewLook Refurbishment. While making the bidding event special, the Automall felicitated its 5 prime customers with gifts. A lucky draw brought fortune for 5 customers. Numerous Privileged Bidder Cards and Education Scholarship cheques were also distributed at the event. In near future, Shriram Automall Hapur is all set to bring new reforms in the business of pre-owned vehicles and equipment.
