Creativity Sav is such a strong member of the team as she presents unique ideas which we have involved within our tasks. When drawing the storyboard for both our thriller in AS and our music video A2, Sav took the role on and came up with some great ideas such as locations, mise en scene and narratives

High quality editing skillsAll throughout the AS and A2 media course, Sav has wanted to enhance her practical editing skills to get the production up to the highest quality. Sav would search the internet (mainly on Youtube) finding new effects and how to use them on PremierePro.

Natural behind the camera Within our AS thriller production, all three of us appeared behind the camera whether it was being a main character or an extra to make the story more realistic. Sav is very an experienced member of the team in all roles.

Professional behind the cameraFrom the preliminary task to the thriller and then to the practise music video task, Sav has always been behind the camera as she provides great technique to the group. Understanding the various shorts and knowing what environments to use them.

Brooke Pollock Excellent producerBrooke has a great personality and isn’t afraid to say her view on a situation if she thinks her ideas will be for the best. Due to the fact our AS thriller had a few issues, I believe Brooke helped to put the production back together and make it as good as possible.

Great editing skillsFrom the AS thriller to the practise music task, Brooke has took on the role of creating illusions in the videos as she is keen to learn new skills and qualities which we can add in within our music video. Brooke has learnt some great skills making the video black and white and slow motion.

Natural behind the cameraLike I stated in other parts within the presentation, Brooke was included within the filming and she was shown to be confident behind the camera. The character she portrayed within the thriller was the murderer as she created a sense of thrill.

Independent and team worker All three of us are great when working as a team, we have skills and qualities that bounce of each other as we help to support each others weaknesses. Brooke can also go and work by herself on a task which is great when the group is in a rush to get things completed.

Self confident in font of the camera From the preliminary task to the AS thriller to the final A2 music production, I have always offered to be in front of the camera, being one of the main characters. I believe I am a confident person that doesn’t fray away from helping out.

Imaginative with ideasThroughout all the tasks we have produced, I believe I have gave some unique and creative ideas. The AS thriller didn’t go the way we wanted, this is why we had to improve our creative sides with the music video task and we will now use them techniques and skills to produce a fun, high quality final music video.

Team workerAs we are all friends on the outset of the media group, it is a risk of ideas clashing yet I believe us three work well as a team and all our strengths pull together to make each other improve.

Always wants to improve editing skillsI believe Sav and Brooke are the stronger members of the time when it comes to editing. This is why I am always wanting to improve my editing skills by using YouTube to find different techniques on Premiere Pro.

Our first production was based on an opening to a thriller, the narrative was based on a group of teenagers alone in a holiday home. We decided to use other friends within the production yet soon found out it was more hassle than its worse as some individuals was difficult to work with. This issue was raised in the meeting of the second production (A2 music video) resulting in us deciding it would be best if we just used on member of the team to be the main character within the video. This has worked out for the best as now we can focus on the different shots we can use instead of thinking about what the individual is thinking.‘Nocturnal’ the AS thriller is linked below:
