Article 3 – Increased CO2 levels are causing serious impacts to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness
Article 4 – The CO2 level is already above levels compatible with our current habitat
Article 5 – Individuals, families, organizations and governments should take action – NOW
Article 6 – The best of creative human ingenuity and inspiration is required to understand the situation
Article 7 – The best of human attitude, cooperation and compassion is required to mitigate the situation

work, home heating and home electrical use by 20% per year for each year from 2010 to 2020
2. increase non-fossil fuel based energy use by 5% per year for each year from 2010 to 2020
