SundaY , July 1st Easy to follow rules:

1. Salsa must be homemade and not produced or packaged commercially. 2. A typed recipe must be provided. 3. Bring at least 1 pint of salsa and recipe to the gate and get free

admission.* 4. Put salsa in plastic container with your name and either mild, hot, inferno,

or other (example: fruit) on a label. 5. Deliver your salsa to the competition area between Noon and 2:00 pm. 6. Stay for the live judging by “celebrities” at 3:00 pm.
