Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to check in, change and begin the relaxation process.

We encourage our guests to take advantage of all our amenities including Redwood Dry Saunas, Eucalyptus Steam Rooms, Whirlpools before and after your treatment.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Spa or Fitness facilities.

As a courtesy to our guests and staff please notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment.

Cancellations within 4 hours will be billed the full amount of the service.
