, Whitefish, etc. The term salmon comes from the latin word ‘Salmo’.

So in simple words, The capturing of the fi fish namely ‘Salmon’ is called salmon fishing.

SALMONS AS A COMMERCIAL PRODUCT

Salmons are fished in very huge amount every year.

Its is a commercial food or we can say is a commercial seafood in many parts of The World like in USA.

In countries like Japan, Salmon is the main seafood consumed. Cities like Tokyo, Osaka and Hokkaido are the main consumers of this.

Salmon is the third most consumed seafood in USA.

Salmon is the major fishery product in Hokkaido.

Approximately 150 tons of Salmons are consumed in year 1995 in Hokkaido and nearby cities i.e mainly in Japan 🗾

There are several grades for Salmon quality such as A grade for high quality salmons and B and The lowest C grade for just oK quality salmons.

some, only a few cells grow on top of the yolk, in the lower right, the  blood vessels surround the yolk and in the upper left, the black eyes are visible, even the little lens.

Salmon fry hatching — the baby has grown around the remains of the yolk — visible are the arteries spinning around the yolk and little old drops, also the gut, the spine, the main caudal blood vessel, the bladder and the arcs of the gills.
