Summer Fun Finland Workshop Pre and Post Tour
Salla – in the middle of nowhere Pre Tour 28.09 – 30.08.2020 Salla is a small village in the Middle of Nowhere, in the embrace of wilderness and fells. Here you can find peace and quiet, pure nature and fresh, clean air. Experience the wilderness with a local guide or explore the surroundings on your own. And if you're lucky, in the autumn and winter you can spot the Northern Lights on the sky illuminating the amazing autumn colors. In Salla you can forget your worries and busy lifestyle and just let go and breathe.

You will get your airline tickets by email within 1 week prior to departure.
The tour starts at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. There is no shuttle or other transportation services to the airport. Summer Fun Finland representative will be at the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport in Terminal 2, Departure Hall with the sign ”Summer Fun Finland Pre and Post Tours 2020”. If you are coming by plane during the same day to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport and you are as transit passenger, there is no need to come to Departure Hall. Please observe the monitors about the gate and departure information. Also we have a WhatsApp Group where your mobile telephone number is needed (see workshop registration).
13.30 Finnair flight arrives in Kuusamo
Driving from Kuusamo airport to Salla tourist resort takes about an hour and a
half.
15.45 Arrival to Salla, check in, Holiday Club Salla
Inspection of accommodation
17.15 Dinner, restaurant Keloravintola (Log restaurant)
Dinner ends around 18.15
19.00 Bus to Salla Reindeer Park
Midnight Sun Canoe Trip with Salla Reindeer Park
Take a deep breath on a spring evening! After paddling in the silence of nature you can enjoy a living
fire, taste black pot coffee, grill a sausage and listen to stories about Lapland wonders.
The programme ends around 21.30

Salla is a small village but there is everything that is necessary for
everyday life. However small the village, be careful not to get lost

have a cosy chat about cooperation and the products and
services they can offer to you and your clients.
11.00 Departure to Kuusamo airport
13.50 Flight to Helsinki
The tour ends at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. There is no Summer Fun
Finland event organizer at the airport. There is no transfers organizes to
Helsinki. There is several options to use public transportation to Helsinki
city; by train, by bus or by taxi. You will get more detailed information
about the transportation within 1 one week prior your arrival to Helsinki.
If you are returning back to your home country, you can check-in your
luggage to your final destination already in Kuusamo airport. Also you can
at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport remain in transit area. Please observe monitors
about your gate and departure time of your next flight.
Recommeded Good walking shoes and warm clothing because there will be also some
walking.
