grounding cables:Grounding Cables are made with extra flexible strand of soft drawn #30 AWG (.01”) copper and are available in clear, yellow or black jackets.

ball & socket grounding sYstem:Salisbury’s Ball and Socket Grounding System is compact, lightweight and allows for variable angle accessibility.

The 21190 Socket Clamp is made from bronze alloy and features an integral cable support and strain relief sleeve. It is the ideal grounding system for industrial and substation environments.

Salisbury’s Self-Testing Voltage Detectors allow testing to be continuous and automatic. An intermittent flash and beep confirms the detector is functioning properly. Self-Testing Voltage Detectors are used to verify live or de-energized conductors.

Arc Protection blAnkets

Arc Protection Blankets are used as a barrier for protection from the explosive and incendiary effects of electrical arcs and flashes. A blanket can be used for worker protection in underground vaults, switchyards and other locations where electrical equipment poses a risk of exposure to explosive electrical discharges.

Salisbury’s Arc Protection Blankets meet the new ASTM F2676 standard. They are available in 4’x5’ and 4’x8’ sizes and each size is available in 15kA or 40kA ratings. These blankets are sold individually, with a storage bag or with a storage bag and tie-strap kit.

insulAted rescue hooks

Insulated Rescue Hooks are an invaluable tool for any workplace as they can be used to withdraw an injured worker out of a hazardous area. This tool is essential to have on hand in confined spaces, in vaults or near electrical cabinets and switch gear.

Salisbury’s Insulated Rescue Hooks feature a foam-filled, fiberglass reinforced handle for superior electrical insulation and a coated, heat-treated, body hook with an 18” opening. These sticks are available in standard lengths of 6 and 8 feet. Other lengths are available as a special order.

stAtic dischArge sticks

A Static Discharge Stick is designed to safely remove the static charge after de-energizing.

Salisbury’s Discharge Sticks are pre-assembled and include a brass

alloy “U” hook and a closed cell, foam-filled tubular fiberglass

switch stick that is made in accordance with ASTM Standard F711. These tools

have 6 feet of copper grounding cable attached to a Salisbury 1814 flat jaw, grade 3, bronze serrated clamp with strain relief.

Salisbury by Honeywell’s External Rod Clampsticks are constructed from closed cell, foam-filled tubular fiberglass in accordance with ASTM standard F711. The hook operating rod, made of solid 3/8” (9.5mm) dia. fiberglass, is mounted on the exterior of the tool so that it can be easily wiped down prior to use.
