SALES DIRECTOR (M/F)FOR LAMINATE FLOORING Job description:
A sales director is both an expert in marketing and sales professional in one. On the one hand organisational, strategic and implicit tasks are to be undertaken, on the other hand the management of the field sales team. The director of sales develops strategies and concepts for sales activities, plans and continuously organises their implementation, and monitors and checks findings and the budget. In this management position, the person is involved in all processes and tasks in sales and is therefore responsible for ensuring that customers learn of the variety of products, new customers are gained and long-term customer relationships are established. As sales director and future member of the manage-ment board, the work is characterised by managerial, entrepreneurial, strategical and analytical thinking and acting.
Responsibilities at SWISS KRONO:
• You are responsible for the national and international strategic orientation of the flooring business, drafting annual budgets and the effective and efficient implementation of sales targets.
• You are required to conduct annual staff and condition appraisals as well as pricing negotiations. • You are responsible to acquire and supervise global key customers in cooperation with sales managers. • You develop new product lines in cooperation with product management. • You are required to plan innovative and creative B2B advertising campaigns with the marketing team and orientate
them to their target groups. • You have to lead and motivate field staff within the sales organisation as well as national and international sales
representatives. • You are required to monitor the laminate flooring market and analyse market trends. • You act as a contact person for all questions related to sales of laminate flooring.

Qualifications:
• You possess the will and enthusiasm to further the company, team and yourself.• You have gained a full academic qualification/finished a commercial training with several years of successful sales
experience on a national and international level.• You have experience in planning and managing sales processes. • You are competent in dealing with national and international customers, employees and decision makers at all • levels.• You have experience in successfully managing a sales team. • You have strong leadership skills and are also a team player.• You have a high level of autonomy and strong communication and intercultural skills.• You have very good language proficiency in written and spoken German and English; additional foreign language
skills would be advantageous. • You communicate clearly and openly. • You are flexible, resilient and reliable.• You have a strategic and analytical mindset along with a solution-oriented working style, and act in an economic
and goal-oriented manner. • You also have a good deal of adaptability, sense of initiative and are willing to travel.
