Introduction• PPC recognised the importance of
information and knowledge management beyond traditional boundaries, to avail open platforms for collaboration
• PPC appointed Knowlead to conduct research into information and knowledge needs of the organisation
• PPC scanned various organisations that would deliver a comprehensive KM Suite
• Firestring was appointed by PPC to implement the KM Suite
• The Cement & Concrete Cube was the culmination of this project

• Project inception to launch of KM Suite = 6 Months• Weekly Project Team meetings during the first 9 Months• Engagement with business stakeholders to determine information
needs• Engagement with PPC service providers on:• Integration of EBSCO (third-party content aggregators)• Integration of website results• Integration with Market RSS Feeds
