TWO FAST DAYS DURING LENT
Ash Wednesday and Good Friday are fast days, which
means that Catholics age 18-59 should only eat one
full meal and two lighter meals. In addition, there is the
law of abstinence from meat on these days and on
every Friday during Lent. All Catholics over age 14
