Instrument: The Stewardship

Way of Life is the chief

instrument chosen by St. Ann

Parish to help its members

open themselves to the Holy

Spirit, from whom alone comes

the Grace to live our motto, to

realize our goal, and to fulfill

our mission statement.

Parish Mission Statement

We, the members of Saint Ann Parish in Phoenixville, in communion with the Bishop of Rome and with the Bishop of Philadelphia, recognize and accept our Baptismal Call to grow in Grace. Therefore we commit ourselves to: Worship God through "prayer without ceasing," particularly through the celebration of the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Eucharist and the other Sacraments of the Church; Support and nurture Christian Hospitality within ourselves, our families, our parish, our community, and our larger world; Teach the saving message of Christ so that our members might be brought to a deeper understanding, commitment, and personal witness to Christ; Serve our sisters and brothers by acts of charity, particularly persons who are poor, and work with all people of good will for justice and peace; Share the Good News of Christ with those we meet, inviting all of God’s people to "taste and see" Jesus in our midst; Live out the truth that we are Stewards of the gifts that God has given us;

Pledge ourselves to call one another—both pastor and members—to mutual Accountability in Gospel living. Through the intercession of all the saints, but relying in a special way upon the prayers of Mary and her mother Ann, we dare to ask the Lord to shepherd us beyond our wants, beyond our fears, from death into Life.
